ERROR 20 is a communication issue between the remote display & the inverter.
Anytime power is cutoff from the inverter it requires a proper boot up sequence in order for the inverter & remote display to properly communicate. Power is cutoff from the inverter when you disconnect the battery bank and/or when you trip the 200 or 300 amp inverter breaker.
The inverter will still work when error 20 is displayed on the remote display but you must use the main screen located on the side of the inverter as the display & inverter are not communicating.
When you turn the inverter on at the inverter it renders the remote display power button non-operational.

If U3 01 06 software is displayed on both the inverter & remote display then they are up-to-date & properly communicating. Please be aware that if 12v power is cut off to the inverter either on purpose or accident that the inverter must be first powered up at the main display before turning it on at the remote display.
